This is the dairy and hay barn on the farm where my mom grew up. My grandma and uncle’s family still live there, though it’s no longer an operational dairy. They’re now running a horse farm. We got a chance to visit Mema over the weekend and enjoyed the beautiful autumn scenery, but there’s something about an old barn in front of a blue sky that I just love most of all.
No I can’t imagine America without barns. I love driving around looking at all the old homes with barns :)

Quite agree. We live in rural PA and I love all the farms and the barns (maybe not the smell as much).
