Here are some of the resources that I plan to use for my Real Food Resolution. I have spent years learning to grow, raise, cook and preserve my own food. I have the skills to make my own yogurt, ricotta cheese, pasta and bread, and I have formed a community of farmers and artisans who provide me with locally grown real food.
